Description
We performed an upgrade to the software. After a day or so, this message appeared and now it has halted. We should not be anywhere near this cutoff. -
Cause
The License Check or Organizer was installed at the source SharePoint farm, and therefore the size of the source farm was added to the overall counting against the quota license size -
Resolution
1. Uninstall License Check / Organizer WSP from source SharePoint farm
[ Notice: be advised that this is a standard SharePoint farm solution that is globally deployed, and therefore its removal would recycle the application pool (special concern if this might be on a production server)
2. Open a new case with the Licensing team asking to reset the license server counting for this SharePoint farm .

3. Once license server is reset, issue will be resolved to reflect the size of the target SharePoint farm only
