QCS reports the following issue:
<F/B Receiver> (38007) Matching failed for </O=FABRICAM/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=OFFICE>. More than one match found.
What does this mean and why is this being reported?
Explanation can be found when examining the ACSAlerts.log file (by default, it's in the "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Collaboration Services\ACSLOGS" folder).
The entries in the log are usually very helpful and self-explanatory.
When resolving the issue the options are:
1. Rename/remove the problematic address on the publisher's side.
2. Rename/remove the problematic address from the existing object on the subscriber's side.
Below is a simple, non-technical explanation of the issue:
The tool is supposed to create a new object (stub) and to populate the SMTP address. When it discovers an already existing object with the same SMTP address, a conflict is logged.
