Removing the User-To-Contact mapper will cause the following errors to appear in the Collaboration Services event log:
Directory object <CN=...> update failed.
Collection <COLLECTION>. Code : 0x80040435,
Description : The server does not handle directory requests.
Re-install the user to contact mapper.
