After Reprocessing a Non-Applied Object the Stub Object Calendar is not created, and Calendar information is not synced

This Can happen if the Object was listed under Non-Applied Objects for and extended period of time.  The initial Calendar Sync packet my have been discarded as obsolete.

Verify the retention period for Calendar Packets in the Collaboration Services Console on the subscribing side:

1. Right-Click Collaboration Services at the top of the navigation tree and select properties
2. Navigate to  "Syncronization | Packet Queue"
3. Take not of the "Mark syncronization packets as obsolete if it could not be processed within:" setting

Workarond:

Republish the Calendar Collection that contains this user.
