Description
After Adding a new member to a free/busy collection the membership does not update right away. -
Cause
When adding a new member to a collection it may take some time for that user to be added to the collection and have their free buys information published to synchronization partners. This amount of time would depend on the current workload of the Collaboration Services server. -
Resolution
Workaround:
There is no recommended workaround to speed up this process. If the synchronization process is running without errors, it is safe to wait for the product to update collection membership and begin publishing data for new users.
