QCS does not use the ACS attribute when syncing Calendars. The ACS attributes are only used for AD Stub Objects.
QCS is a one-way Synchronization tool. Any thing QCS retrieves during the scanning process is sent to it's corresponding Stub Object. If a Blank Calendar is accidentally published and QCS locates a common SMTP address within the ProxyAddresses attributes on an actual user account, QCS will overwrite the Calendar with blank information.
2. Know exactly what objects already exist on the subscribing side, and if there are any users with a common SMTP address that might be the same as the objects that will be published.
3. Define one specific Mailbox store for all of your Stub Calendar Objects on the Subscriber side. You can define the mailbox store in Collaboration Services right-clicking on the Subscription and choose Properties | Advanced.
4. Grant Modify permissions on the specific Mailbox store for the Stub Calendars that you have defined to the QCS Service Account and grant Read to all other databases for scanning Calendar Data if you are also publishing it from that site.
