2. Collaboration Services's Test Mailbox fails connecting to Exchange 2013 mailbox with the following errors.
It is not possible to check the mailbox configuration.
There can be the following reasons:
1. Currently used service account has no permissions for the specified store or mailbox.
2. Exchange server is not available.
3. Specified mailbox does not exist.
Check the mailbox configuration settings and try again.
