CMN 3.7+ Error, "Unable to start sync service" on Windows Server 2008 R2
Description

After upgrading the Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN) Directory Connector on Windows Server 2008 R2, you may experience the following errors when launching the Coexistence Management Console:
Unable to start sync service
Quest Sync Service is not available
Cause

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 is not installed.
Resolution

Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 using the following link:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (Offline Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008 SP2, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2
Note: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 requires Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 or later.
