Cannot see the OU structure in the Directory Connector. (works for Source and Target OUs)
In the latest version of CMN 3.2.1.6, you install the patch and by default the IgnoreWizardOUCheck is set to false and not visible in the configuration file.
***Update*** As of CMN 3.5.1.43 there is a checkbox named "Search for OUs" uncheck to change the IgnoreWizardOUCheck setting to true***
1- In the CMN tool select File | Save Configuration|Directory Connector...
2- Open the Configuration.xml file and search for IgnoreW
3- Modify <IgnoreWizardOUCheck>false</IgnoreWizardOUCheck> to true
4- Save configuration file
Quest recommends maintaining the false setting for this feature unless the Wizard encounters a corrupt OU structure.
