Setting up the Directory Connector to create objects in Active Directory, the object isn't created and the logs 'Provision filter rejected' message.

With debug logging enabled, the Directory Connector it will state the following failed condition.
2018-02-18 12:10:07,045 DEBUG FilterCalculator [5776] - Failed condition -- Equals 1 but got 0 %<AvailableForDirSync>
Under the Administration tab change the user's Person Document to allow the foreign directory synchronization process within Domino. See screenshot.
