CMN Mail Connector Service will not start
Description

CMN Mail Connector service does not start. You also see the following in the log file
Error: "License Error: The license expired on Monday, January 01, 0001."
Cause

Registry key "SoftLicense" is corrupted.
Resolution
1- Stop Mail Connector service
2- Delete registry key named "SoftLicense" located below:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Dell
3- Reboot the console
4- Verify sMail Connector service started. If not, start the service manually
- You may need to reinstall the CMN license

Hotfix CMN v3.6.0.39 fixes this issue.
