You are about to setup a new connector to sync objects from Domino to ActiveDirectory and the provided credentials are not being accepted.
When you look at the Domino LDAP log, you may see:
LDAP> Failed, the search base appears to have an incorrect syntax
[0E58:0005-0ABC] 10/01/2013 11:26:32.29 AM LDAP> ***** Count of search entries returned (total): 0 *****
Source server name provided is Domino style such as DOM1/DSG
1- Remove the Domino style naming
2- Provide the NETBIOS or FQDN of the Domino server
