All users and contacts show under "All Rooms" in the Outlook GAL.

Right click on the connector and choose "Advanced settings" then choose the "Notes to Exchange Attribute Mappings" tab and then add the following:

The choose OK and then Save and activate the Directory Connector and then run this and verify the settings are correct.
