CMN Mail Connector: Re-write subdomain addresses leaving Exchange to Notes (4347910)

When designing and implementing Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN), some customers make use of sub-domains to route mail from Notes to Exchange and Exchange to Notes. In this example, user@exch.domain.com is used to route mail from Notes to Exchange. In the other direction, user@notes.domain.com is used to send mail from Exchange to Notes.

In the last Exchange to Notes example, some Domino environments with large numbers of Internet domains configured, it can be challenging to get the "notes.domain.com" sub-domain recognized for all primary domains configured in Domino.
