Description
The GroupWise to Exchange Directory Connector is not processing External Entities.

Cause
The settings used in version 1.0 of CMG to allow the user to synchronize External Entities by using the key "externalEntity=ignore" keys in Custom Configuration and Filters worked but in CMG version 1.1 the setting does not have an effect. CMG directory connector logs show the following to help to isolate the problem:
"Discovered DN | cn=sampleCN,ou=sampleOU,o=sampledomain Excluded | Rule: externalEntity=true" -
Resolution
To synchroize this in CMG version 1.1 set the following in the Advanced settings of the Groupwise to Exchange Directory Connector:
Under "Sync Objects Exclude" tab set
- Key: externalEntity
- Value: ignore
Save and Apply Configuration after making the changes above.For CMG v1.5.6 you just need to select the Contacts option in the GW2EX connector.
