When a test is marked "Stable" is changed its status should be switched to "Under development". (92695)

A Test can be set to Stable, this is a very nice option.
But when you then add a test case there is no feedback to the end user that there will no code be created.
It would be much better for the end user if you
OR
Cannot add a test case if your test unit is set to stable.
OR there is a message after creating of a test case that the unit is set to stable and there for the test case will not "work"
