When right clicking the test definition and run all tests for a package, not all units are executed. These test cases all have the "active?" box checked at both the unit level and at the test level. Other units/tests in the same package are executed. When right clicking on the unit level and running only one proc/function, tests are successfully executed. When checking the "Randomly execute tests" checkbox on the test definition level, all tests are executed.
