Error adding a new test case for objects that returns a SYS_REFCURSOR variable -
Description
Attempted to add a new test case for an program that has a SYS_REFCURSOR variable as an output. The "Contents of expected REF CURS" dialogue box and the following error message appeared:
Error message : RecordIndex out of range
Error class name : EcxInvalidDataControllerOperation -
Resolution
Workaround:
Both the error message and the dialogue box can be bypassed to create the test case.
Status:
This issue was fixed in version 1.8. The latest version of Quest Code Tester for Oracle can be downloaded here.
