Upgrading from an existing ChangeBASE v.6.2 instance where a custom fix has been added and then deleted may fail with the following error
When checking the CB.Upgrade.yyyymmdd.hhssmm.txt log in C:\ProgramData\ChangeBASE\Logs, this error appears:
Missing value for DId [xxxxxx], TypeId 32000
1. Open SQL Server Management Studio
2. Restore your backed up ChangeBASE database
3. Run the attached query.
