Creating a virtual ThinApp package may not create the MSI Installer file when expected.
Description

Under certain conditions, if the Virtualisation options have been correctly set for ThinApp to produce an MSI Installer file as part of the Virtual Package, the MSI file may not be created.
Resolution

Workaround
Currently there is no workaround for this issue.
