How do you see the connection method used by Agents in the ChangeAuditor Client to troubleshoot Agents which are failing to connect SQL-Direct?
Currently the Agent connection method is not stored in the ChangeAuditor database. This information is only known currently on the Agent-side.
WORKAROUND
1)Logon to the Agent server in questoin
2)Run C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ChangeAuditor\Agent\ServiceStatusTray.exe
3)Right-click and select 'Agent Status' on the Agent systray icon located in the bottom right of the taskbar.
4)The 'Connection Type' will display the currently used connection method.

Enhancement request TF00234427 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of ChangeAuditor.
