Administration and Deployment tab is grayed / greyed out. (4264606)

The "Administration" and "Deployment" tab is grayed/greyed out and the following have been verified:

- The user is belong to the ChangeAuditor Administrators group

- The user is not connecting to the Archive Database

This is due to corruption of the "AzManXmlStore.xml" file.

Please replace the "AzManXmlStore.xml" by copying the file from a ChangeAuditor Coordinator machine and then replace to the Coordinator's installation location %Program Files%\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Service\AzManXmlStore.xml :

To do this:

1. Log out from all of the Client.

2. Stop the coordinator service.

3. Rename the current AzManXmlStore.xml file and then copy in the new one from another working Coordinator.

4. Open the new "AzManXmlStore.xml" using the Authorization Manager MMC snapin. Browse to the entries under Role Assignments and make sure the groups under Operator Role and Administrator Role resolve to the correct ChangeAuditor<xx> - <INSTALLATION> AD groups. If they do not resolve correctly then remove the entries and add the correct groups respectively.

5. Start the coordinator.

6. Login to the client and check if the issue resolve.

NOTE: The "AzManXmlStore.xml" need to be in same version. A new Coordinator can be installed on a test environment and then copy the file over.
