When Alerting on "Member added to group" and "Member removed from group" events, There doesn't seem to be a way to display the username in the alert email subject line.
"Member added to group" and "Member removed from group" events are "Custom Group Monitoring" events. "%ObjectName%" can not be added to the subject in this case as the object changed is the group and not the user.
The only way currently available is to create alerts for the "User member-of added" and "User member-of removed" events.
However, one would need to add each user name to the What tab as well as the events to alert on this for a group. This means that the users that have membership in said group would have to be manually updated in the alert.
