EMC Isilon Events are not captured for folders that contain the ampersand "&" character (4316497)

EMC Isilon Events are not captured for folders that contain the ampersand "&" character. Except for the Folder Renamed event, all subsequent events involving a folder that contains the ampersand "&" character are not captured.

For example,

• Set up EMC Isilon auditing to audit a folder path, with all events enabled.
• In the audit path, create a folder with a & in the name, such as "Test&Test"
• Create a new file inside this new folder.
• Observe that the File Created event is not received.
