Description
When creating Searches with Alerts or Reports, it is helpful to have reports showing if those Tasks completed successfully or failed
Change Auditor, starting with 7.0.4, added the following events to the Internal Monitoring:
- Purge job failed (available in 7.0.4)
- Archive job failed (available in 7.0.4)
- Schedule report failed (available in 7.0.4)
- SMTP alert failed (available in 7.1.0)

Solution
- Searches can be created based on the Change Auditor Internal Auditing list of events
- The All Events | All Change Auditor Internal Auditing events as described in the Change Auditor Builtin Reports Reference Guide
