After upgrading ChangeAuditor, the following error is seen when attempt to logon to the client:
"The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:02.1090510. TCP error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it [::1]:65025."
Either the Coordinator is disabled or during the upgrade process the Quest Coordinator Service was not created.
Checking the Coordinator Service Status icon the Coordinator is disabled. Select Enable Coordinator to start the Coordinator.
Checking the Coordinator Service Status icon menu there is no "Enable Coordinator" option, and checking the Service.msc there is no Quest ChangeAuditor Coordinator service.
Install the ChangeAuditor Coordinator Service:
The .msi will complete the creation and installation of the Quest Coordinator Service.
When completed the the result will be 'Install Successful'
Please note: If you have an older non-Quest branded version of Change Auditor, the folder path will include the non-Quest branded name instead of ‘Quest'
