ChangeAuditor for NetApp is not auditing any NetApp events.
One of the most common reasons for events not being captured from NetApp is Credintials not being set for use by the agent to access the NetApp filer. This can also be caused by a minor misconfiguration such as a mistyped path or specifying a volume name incorrectly (volume names are case sensitive).
1. Verify that a NetApp template has been created. (ChangeAuditor Client | "View" | "Administration" | "Auditing" | "NetApp")
2. Verify that the NetApp Template has been assigned the Appropriate credentials on the Agent configuration page of the template wizard. (ChangeAuditor Client | "View" | "Administration" | "Auditing" | "NetApp" | "Edit" | click "Next>" | click "Set Credentials...")
3. Verify that the NetApp Template specifies the correct path including case. (ChangeAuditor Client | "View" | "Administration" | "Auditing" | "NetApp" | "Edit")
