SharePoint agent is not collecting data on a fresh install with the solution deployed and template created.

Cause
Missing required .net 4.0 on the SharePoint server

Resolution
Check the agent log on the SharePoint server
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ChangeAuditor\Agent\ChangeAuditor.dll.nptlog
This log should indicated Error "SharePoint plugin requires .NET 4.7.1 in order to run."
If you see this error message, install .net 4.0 and you should now start getting auditing events.
