We are trying to find the attribute in CA that can audit when the email field was changed.
Resolution
1. Open Change Auditor client
2. Go to View | Administration | Auditing
3. Click Attributes under Directories | Active Directory
4. Click on user
5. From Unmonitored attrbutes, search for mail and click on Add
6. A new Event class named 'user mail changed' is created.
7. The new Event class can be used to determine when the mail attribute on a user object is changed
