Change Auditor installer fails if the SQL server FQDN cannot be resolved -
Description
Change Auditor 6.9.4 GA installer may fail to verify SQL connection with error similar to the following:
"Connection timeout expired. The timeout has occurred while the confirmation of the handshake has been processed before logon. An error occurred during handshaking before logging in, or the server did not respond in time. The following connection times were required when trying to connect to this server: [Before logon] Initialization = 10; Handshake = 14990"
