Azure Active Directory template error, "Failed to verify user. Accounts requiring multi-factor authentication cannot be used" (4233603)

When running the New-CAAzureADTemplateUsingCreds.ps1 the following error is reported when attempting to configure the tenant:

"Failed to verify user user@domain.com. Accounts requiring multi-factor authentication cannot be used for service accounts because user intervention is required to authenticate."

WORKAROUND

Disable MFA on the supplied user account in Azure or supply another user account which has the required privileges and does not require MFA.
