SNMP behavior in multi-coordinator installations -
Description
SNMP alerting task is Coordinator-bound.
When the Coordinator that owns SNMP alert task is offline SNMP alerts will queue/wait for the Coordinator to come back online. When the Coordinator comes back online they will be sent out.
