Create the following registry keys. This will increase the time a SQL or Bulk SQL command can run from the default value of 30 seconds to 5 minutes (300 seconds):
SQL Command Timeout
Location: Registry
Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DELL\ChangeAuditor
Value Name: SQLTimeout
Value Type: DWORD
Value: 300 (Use the Decimal option, not the Hex option.)
Bulk SQL Comnmand Timeout
Location: Registry
Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DELL\ChangeAuditor
Value Name: BulkSQLTimeout
Value Type: DWORD
Value: 300 (Use the Decimal option, not the Hex option.)
NOTE:
After adding the above entries restart the Change Auditor Coordinator service, or reboot the server.
