Description
Public Folder changes such as creating, deleting or renaming that are made using Outlook are not audited by Change Auditor. -
Resolution
This is expected behavior. The only Public Folder operation captured when a change is made through an Outlook Client (Mailbox Monitoring) is "Public Folder Permissions Changed".All other events such as "Public Folder - Created" and "Public Folder - Deleted" are only captured when the change is made through Powershell via the Exchange Admin Center.
