As a CA Administrator, I would like the new columns selected the Agent Configuration page to not reset when moving to a different page of the Web Client
Description
When adding or removing columns in the Web Client, if you go to a different page and then come back to the page where you modified the column layout, the layout is reset to default.

You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
