In the CAADMain log, there will most likely be an Unable to Open Pipe error or similar process loading error. It's possible that Anti-virus is blocking processes. (Recent definitions may override previous definitions, causing previously unblocked processes to be blocked).
Another issue pertaining to these errors has been resolved in the current maintenance release.
Add AV exclusions to the antivirus on the domain controllers:

Also, it is highly recommended to upgrade to the latest maintenance release for 7.0.1 or 7.0.2
