Client fails to connect after minutes with a timeout error: "This request operation sent to net.tcp://<CoordinatorFQDN>:<ClientPort>/ChangeAuditor/Authentication (4255379)

When trying to connect the Change Auditor Client to the Coordinator, it takes 30 minutes and then an error similar to the following is shown"

"This request operation sent to net.tcp://<CoordinatorFQDN>:<ClientPort>/ChangeAuditor/Authentication did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:30:00). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send"

If you see warning in the Coordinator logs similar to "Too many events in Scheduler task queue: 1003 (maximum: 1000), cannot accept more.", try increasing the SQL timeouts:

1. Open regedit on the the Coordinator
2. Navigate to :HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\ChangeAuditor
3. Create a new DWORD named: SQLTimeout
4. Set the value to 300 decimal (if the DWORD already exists, double the current value)
5. Create another DWORD named: BulkSQLTimeout
6. Set the value to 300 decimal (if the DWORD already exists, double the current value)
7. Restart the Coordinator service
8. Wait about 30 minutes and then check the Coordinator log to see if the warnings are subsiding. If not, double the values and restart the Coordinator service
9. Once the warnings begin to subside, try connecting the CA Client again
