As CA Administrator, I want to opt out of the software improvement program by default for US, so that I was in compliance after client install. -
Description
Customer wants to opt out of the software improvement program by default when choosing United States. Due to agent security guidelines, they cannot participate in the software improvement program. They want to have this option unchecked by default rather than rely on the Change Auditor end users to uncheck it. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
1.Use Quiet install of the Client
msiexec /i "Change Auditor Client 6 (x64).msi" /qn
or
2. Manually disable the key using this KB article - https://support.quest.com/change-auditor/kb/148535
STATUS
