Question
I have a question regarding expected behavior for a particular meeting migration scenario.
Meeting invitations in Notes provide for an "FYI" field. Upon migration, individuals listed in that field appeared as "Resources" in Outlook calendar attendee list. Is this expected behavior?
Answer
Our product is working as expected. Outlook does not have a matching "FYI Optional bcc" field. The only choices are "Required Attendee", "Optional Attendee" & "Resource (Room or equipment)".
There are no negative ramifications since the person in the "FYI" field is not an actual attendee.
