Location field information missing for migrated meetings

Solution

Notes Migrator (NM) is working as designed. The Lotus Notes 'Location' field does not have a dependency to the Room field, like it does in Outlook.

NM will migrate the Location to Exchange if there is a value in the 'Location' field.

Additional Information

Notes Migrator can overwrite the 'Location' field data in Outlook with the Notes Room or Resource name. This is configurable on the Notes Migrator Settings > Rooms & Resources tab for the Rooms and Resources Target option.
