Cause
Misconfigured Dirsync agent -
Resolution
Follow these steps:- Uninstall the Dirsync agent from server.
- Delete the Registry folder
- Binary Tree Power365: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Binary Tree\P365Agent
- ODM Dirsync: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\On Demand Migration For Active Directory\ODMAD_DS
- From the portal Environments | Settings | Agents tab, create a new agent with new registration key.
- Re-install agent using the new registry key.
- If you used the Domain\User Name format, use the UPN format, or visa versa
