- This means no target object was found and one should be created.

Stage step
New Computer object will be created in target environment.

Cause
The Default OU defined in the workflow Stage step is locked to create other containers.

Resolution
Unlock the OU and allow containers and objects to be created.
Run the Dirsync workflow again.
