Teams migration errors "Message error: Unable to update team channel" (4325036)

We are seeing similar errors in several Teams syncs. Example team: test-@Contoso.com it happens to different channels in the team, but the Exception error is always the same.

Message error: Unable to update team channel 'US Sales Planning', or no permission. Team=Owner=AU_Houston-@Contoso.com. Team=https://teams.microsoft.com/l/team/19:thread.tacv2/conversations?groupId=3ca16499-aaff-4c3c-a342-878a19f0fd6d&tenantId=XX68f836-cXX1-45ef-866b-38XXX6b3d5e Error: Status Code: BadGateway Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: BadGateway Message: Failed to execute backend request. Also noticed additional errors like:

Unable to copy file content for item /sites/MiddleOpps/SiteAssets/Middle Opps Notebook/Opportunities Weekly.one

1. To work around this BadGateway Graph error for selective Teams in question please modify the profile as follows: 
   • Check the option for "Preview Our New Accelerated Velocity Mode" under What type of content would you like to migrate section.
   • It's good practice to reconnect the tenants after enabling this option.  From P365 click on the Hamburger menu | Settings | Environments
     Hover over each environment (Source and Target) and click the Reconnect action hot spot located on the right side.
2. To avoid errors like "Unable to copy file content for item"
   •  Add a bad folder limit
3. Lastly make sure your bad items limit is in alignment with what is being reported in the logs as errors.
