If a user ran into sync errors or needs to be set back to a synced state for any reason, the status may be set it back using the steps below.
Resolution
Select the user(s) in the user list
Click the Action dropdown menu at the bottom Select Reset Select Synced as displayed in the screenshot below:
Note: If this action is not clickable, then the user(s) are not in a state to be reset (Example: No match). This action is typically used when the user(s) are in some type of error status.
