P365 - Reset user to synced state -
Description
If a user ran into sync errors or needs to be set back to a synced state for any reason, the status may be set it back using the steps below. -
Resolution
Select the user(s) in the user list
Click the Action dropdown menu at the bottom
Select Reset
Select Synced as displayed in the screenshot below:
Note: If this action is not clickable, then the user(s) are not in a state to be reset (Example: No match). This action is typically used when the user(s) are in some type of error status.
