The Cache Credential Status stuck as "Queued" state, but there is no job when using "View Jobs".
I can submit ReAcl again and it runs, so I know that the Agent is running.
I ran the ReACL and the Cache Credential jobs concurrently
What is causing this and how to I reset the Cache Credential Status?
The Cache Credential status cannot be reset from the Action menu, 'Status Resets'.
Contact Product Support to request a remediation to reset the Cache Credential Status.
