Issue
We are getting NDR for our "domain.com" domain e-Mail address accounts from Exchange (see below). From what we are seeing, accounts with 'domain.com' e-Mail addresses are assigned with a target forwarding address of 'domino.domain.com' within AD. We believe that the domain name is missing in our Co-Existence Domino mail server and need assistance configuring it.

Solution
The solution is to update notes.ini file on your coex. server(s).Edit the document and find the following parameter: BTPROCESSDOMAIN
BTPROCESSDOMAIN=domain.com,domino.domain.com
Review your environment, and make sure all Domino domains are listed within the BTPROCESSDOMAIN parameter.
Note: There is a 216 character limit. A second BTPROCESSDOMAIN= may be added for the additional domains, so it would look like this:
BTPROCESSDOMAIN1=domain.com,domino.domain.com
BTPROCESSDOMAIN2= additionaldomain.com
BTPROCESSDOMAIN, without a trailing number, can be used for a single line of domains.
· Only 15 domains are supported using this method
· Each line in the NOTES.INI file is limited to 216 characters.
· Multiple BTPROCESSDOMAINx lines can be defined (i.e. BTPROCESSDOMAIN1=… BTPROCESSDOMAIN2=…):
· If more than 15 domains are required or;
· If all 15 domains cannot fit on a single 216 character line.
· The trailing numbers must be sequential.
· Each line, except for the last, must end in a comma.
· The * character can be used to start a domain (example: *.contoso.com)
