The Zero-Touch Application Remediation (ZApp) process is an optional add in that will capture any message that has an element that may not be displayed or processed correctly by the Outlook client.
There are a number of Notes.ini parameters that can be used to customise the experience and they are explained in detail in the Complete User Guide.
To access the reason code the zapped message can be opened in the BTStore database. Right click on the properties and go to fields. Go down to the $BTZAppReason.
To bypass processing for non-basic tables the following entry can be used.
BTZAPPTABLES
Accepted Value: Y/N
Default: N
This parameter accepts a value of Y or N. It is used to specify whether BTCal should remediate mail messages that contain non-basic tables.
