Issue
The error message "Map.usr and/or Map.gg files could not be created." indicates there was a failure generating the Map.usr or Map.gg files.
The ADM Console is attempting to create the files in the ADM Console installation directory.CauseThe user running the ADM Console needs to have permissions to Read/Write/Delete from this directory, UAC is known to prohibit changes to directories within Program Files.SolutionIf you are seeing this issue try disabling UAC.
