AMT: Server Archive Migration Tools - "Collect Server Archives Information" button only finds one (B296931)

Issue

AMT is not finding multiple archives when running the "Collect Server Archives Information" button. AMT always returns a 1, but we confirmed their are multiple archives associated with the user's mail file.

Solution

This is a limitation in the current version of AMT (1.46), and has been resolved in version 19.06. Contact Support for this updated version or use the solution provided below.

The agent code will only find the first archive. The increment of X ( x = x + 1) is being performed outside of the For All loop. This code segment needs to be moved inside the loop (once this is done AMT will return multiple archives).

This can be corrected manually.
Open AMT in Domino Designer
Go to the following view: "Code - Agents"
Edit the "(Collection Archive Info)" agent
Scroll down to the x = x + 1 code segment, found under the following if test; If ArchivePrfDoc.HasItem("ArchLastRunDestDBs") Then
Comment out this line of code like so
 '1/27/2015 - Original Location x = x + 1

Copy this code segment x = x + 1 directly under the following ForAll loop, like this:
 Forall ArchiveDatabases In ArchivePrfDoc.ArchLastRunDestDBs

 x = x + 1 ' New Location

Save the agent.
Close Domino Designer
Run the "Collect Server Archives Information" process again
The correct number of archives should be returned.
