When launching the Agent application, the 'Test Status' tab displays 'Not connected'. How do I configure the Agent application show a 'Connected' status?
The Agent application is not connected to the correct machine with the Benchmark Factory instance.
Please follow these steps to resolve this problem:
1. Launch Benchmark Factory application.
2. Launch the Agent application.
3. In the Agent, go to Options | Settings
4. In the 'Machine Name/IP' field, enter the computer name or IP address of the computer being tested.
5. Click 'Apply' and 'OK' to accept the changes.
